Answers before you begin.
What we’re building, what you can try today and how the self-service experience will work.
What is Omliva?
Omliva is a self-service family handover platform in development. A guided wizard will help you gather contacts, document locations, wishes and practical details, then automatically turn your answers into a finished family guide.
Will I need a spreadsheet or an appointment?
No. The planned platform handles the structure and presentation. You sign up, answer guided questions and review the result in your account. There is no Omliva phone interview or concierge step.
How will I update my guide?
Edit the relevant answer in your account. The platform will regenerate the affected pages and give you an updated PDF. Routine changes will not require a call, support ticket or staff member to make the change for you.
How much work will I need to do?
You will still need to supply and check the facts. Sessions are designed around about 15 minutes, with room to pause or return. Omliva handles organizing the answers and preparing the pages; we are not promising a fixed time to finish the whole guide.
Can I prepare this with a parent or partner?
Yes, the planned flow can be worked through together. The person whose information it is chooses what to record and who may see it. Paying for someone’s guide does not automatically give you access to their answers.
What if I don’t know an answer?
You will be able to skip it, mark it to check later or leave it out. Unconfirmed details remain visible, so a well-presented guide never suggests that missing information has been verified.
What will be in the finished guide?
The planned PDF includes a one-page emergency sheet, contacts, document locations, household information, wishes, personalized practical next steps and open questions. Large type and clearly identified pages will help with reading and later replacements.
Will I be able to upload my will?
Document uploads remain a future feature, subject to the necessary storage, privacy and access controls. The initial guide can record where the original is kept and who can help retrieve it. This preview does not accept files.
Will my next of kin automatically get access?
No. Sharing follows the owner’s choices and the permissions available in the product. Being next of kin, reporting an illness or saying that someone has passed away will not automatically unlock information. The guide does not give anyone legal authority.
Does Omliva receive my information?
The full service will receive and store the answers you submit so it can generate and update your guide. Before real intake opens, we will publish the implemented safeguards, access rules, retention periods and deletion process. The current fictional demo only holds preset choices in the page’s memory.
Is Omliva HIPAA compliant?
We are not making that claim or displaying security-certification badges. Applicable privacy obligations and the actual safeguards need to be assessed for the full product before real information is accepted.
Can I print the guide?
A downloadable, printable PDF is planned, with a personalized print-on-demand option once the supplier and privacy arrangements are ready. You can view a fictional sample now. The final physical format, cost and delivery terms are not confirmed.
Does this replace a will or estate plan?
No. Omliva organizes practical information alongside your existing arrangements. It does not draft legal documents, decide inheritance or provide legal, financial, tax or medical advice.
Is there an option for law firms?
A firm-sponsored model is being considered for U.S. estate-planning and elder-law practices. Clients would use the same self-service preparation flow, with their own sharing choices. Availability and commercial terms remain to be decided.
Can I sign up or buy it today?
Not yet. The site offers a fictional preview and sample guide. Real accounts, payments and the full self-service platform are not open.
How much will it cost?
Prices have not been approved. We will explain the price, included features, storage and update duration, and any ongoing charges before purchases open.
