Less searching.
A clearer place to begin.

If someone needs to step in during an illness or after a loved one passes away, even everyday questions can be hard to answer.

Who should they call? Where is the will? What needs attention at home? Omliva is being designed to put those answers in a readable guide, so your family has more room to look after one another.

You answer.
Omliva organizes.

A self-service platform that handles the structure, the layout and the updates.

See how it works
  1. Start with what you know.

Sign up and follow short guided sessions. Begin with a contact or a document location. Pause or skip anything you need to check.

  2. Receive a guide made from your answers.

The platform brings the details together in a readable PDF, with an emergency sheet, practical next steps and open questions clearly marked.

  3. Keep it current in your account.

Edit an answer whenever it changes. Omliva regenerates the affected pages, so routine updates need no phone call or staff help.

Prepare with your dad.
Give each other clarity.

You can start together with the things he already knows: the name of his attorney, the person with a spare key, the folder with the important papers.

He chooses what to record and who may see it. You can help him work through the questions, without needing to know account balances or passwords.

The result should feel useful to both of you: a clearer picture for him today, and a familiar place for you to turn when he needs your help.

Look inside the guide

People and important papers

Family contacts, advisers, the locations of original documents and the person who can help retrieve them.

Home and everyday life

Essential bills, pet care, spare keys, account providers and instructions someone else might not know.

Wishes and next steps

Your preferences, a personalized practical playbook and questions still to check with the right professional.

A finished guide.
A useful handover.

The planned guide includes a one-page emergency summary and larger-type pages for the detail. Your family can find a first contact quickly, then follow the relevant section when they need more.

A downloaded copy is designed to remain readable without signing in. Keep an offline copy, give selected pages to someone you trust, or choose a personalized print-on-demand edition when available.

Quarterly check-ins will ask what has changed. You make the correction in your account; the platform prepares updated pages.

Practical preparation, with you in control.

Omliva will receive the answers you choose to provide so it can generate and update your guide. The service is being designed around limited collection, encrypted storage, clear retention and deletion on request. Those arrangements must be implemented and published before real intake opens.

We will never ask for passwords, PINs or full account numbers. Document uploads and online family access are future features; the current preview accepts no real records.
